Forough Book is a Persian Publishing House & Bookstore based in Cologne, Germany. Since 1998 Forough Book published books in Farsi. By following three principles: literature, human & social sciences and educational non-fiction. Forough Book has already published more than 300 titles. Genres such as: poetry, novels, biography, children- as well as nonfictional books. In addition, Forough supports Persian educational programs outside of Iran by publishing and internationally distributing Persian textbooks. Forough Book is the largest distributor for Persian Exile Literature. Furthermore since 2015 the company is releasing a best-seller list with titles in Persian, which have not been published in Iran. The eight top-selling books of each year will be released yearly on December 1st.
